Investigate functional classification of enzyme superfamilies via structural aligned local site activities; Probe protein dynamics through trajectory analysis from MD simulations of spin labeled T4 lysozyme; Evaluate the sufficiency of homology models in predicting functionality by THEMATICS and POOL; Identify natural substrates of Structural Genomics proteins with unknown or uncertain functions through fragment based docking.
